The original supply plan was approved on December 3, 2001 and was most recently <br />renewed on May 4, 2016 for operations through March 31, 201 <br />Plan Operation <br /> This plan seeks to replace depletions resulting from mining operations at the Hokestra gravel <br />pit (well permit no. 63693-F), owned and operated by Weld County (“County”). The County does <br />not intend to operate the Hokestra Pit for mining during this SWSP <br />depletions at the site during this SWSP period will be evaporation from <br />lagged dewatering depletions that occurred during the liner construction <br />irrigation at Weld County’s Southwest Servi <br />Rural Ditch shares owned by Weld County <br />Companies’ lined 112 Reservoir (WDID 0504001), and free river water previously stored in lined cells <br />of Hokestra Pit. <br />In accordance with the letter dated April 30, 2010 from the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (“DRMS”), all sand and gravel mining operators must comply with <br />the requirements of the Colorado Reclamation Act and the Mineral Rules and Regu <br />protection of water resources.
