Both inlet structures <br />were rock lined and in good condition. Pond 16 did not contain water. The spillway structure was free of <br />obstructions (photo 5). <br /> <br />The soil in the bottom of Pond 18 was mostly damp with a small amount of standing water. No water was <br />discharging. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> A monitoring well had been installed on the ERMR property north of BB Road and west of 2700 Road.
