k) Because augmentation will occur, there should be no injury to existing water rights. <br /> 1) No refuse, acid, or toxic producing materials are anticipated at the site. Other mining <br /> enterprises in this part of Logan County have never yielded any such materials. <br /> m) There should be no disturbance to the hydrologic balance as this is a pit in an alluvial <br /> area. Reclamation will be consistent with the future land use of agriculture. <br /> n) Sand and gravel deposits will be stockpiled on site for use in concrete production and <br /> barrow material. There will be screening, grading and separation of material. There <br /> will not be any crushing activities. <br /> o) The commodities to be mined are gravel, clay, and sand. <br /> p) The mined materials will primarily be used for manufacture of concrete. Some of the <br /> overburden could be used for other purposes such as landscaping projects. <br /> q) No explosives will be used in this operation. <br />
