EXHIBIT M <br />OTHER PERMITS REQUIRED <br />The following permits or documents are necessary for the full operation of the Fairplay Au Pit: <br />1. Park County Administrative Mining Permit The proposed use is use -by -right, subject to <br />a review of limited operational criteria. <br />2. CDPHE Discharge Permit— Combined stormwaterrprocess water permit maybe <br />necessary. Only groundwater dewatering will take place, if necessary. <br />3. APEN — A fugitive air emissions permit is needed from the Colorado Department of <br />Public Health and Environment since the site will mine more than 70,000 tons per year. <br />Air emissions permits will be in place for all portable equipment utilized on site which <br />requires a permit. <br />4. A Spill Prevention Control and Countenneasure (SPCC) plan will be needed at this site to <br />cover the storage and transport of fuel and other liquids that are regulated by the EPA. <br />Fairplay Au Pit March 2017 M-1 - GnS LxwkU mW AuodswL MW <br />
