If drill seeding is used anywhere, the <br />seed application rate from Table E-3 will be halved. Weed free mulch will be crimped into the <br />revegetated areas at a rate of 2000 lbs/ac. Fertilizer or other soil additive will be used based on <br />testing of the processing fines. <br />6. Post -Reclamation Site Drainage <br />Post -reclamation drainage patterns will be similar to pre mine patterns. Most of the site will drain <br />to the South Platte River. Map F-1 shows these patterns. <br />Details regarding surface water can be found in Exhibit G. <br />7. Revegetation Success Criteria <br />Revegetation will be deemed adequate when erosion is controlled, and the vegetation cover is <br />similar to the existing cover, and satisfactory according to Division standards. <br />8. Monitoring Reclamation Success <br />Monitoring the reclamation on an ongoing basis will ensure its success. The Operator plans to <br />use the local NRCS office to determine the capacity of the reclaimed land to control erosion.
