Beginning in mid-February CC&V staff undertook the following: <br /> • Coordinated a field meeting between Bryan Kincaid(Teller County Right-Of-Way Manager) and <br /> HDR Engineering Robert Manzanares (Project Manager) and Cory Beasley(Project Engineer) to <br /> discuss execution of the work required. The meeting was postponed due to weather (snow build <br /> up)preventing inspection. <br /> • Bryan stated work should not and will not be able to commence until the ground thaws in early to <br /> mid-June. <br /> • Bryan advised a Right-Of-Way (ROW) Use Permit is required prior to work being started. <br /> Additionally, a contractor that has proper licensing must be hired to complete the work in order <br /> for the ROW Use Permit to be issued by Teller County. <br /> • A Right-Of-Way Use Permit application was obtained by CC&V (planned submission to Teller <br /> County is March 23,2017, approval from Teller County expected March 29, 2017) <br /> • A scope of work has been completed by HDR and reviewed by CC&V staff <br /> Based on work completed to-date and the presence of frozen ground conditions of the proposed work <br /> area,CC&V request an extension to completing this work to June 30, 2017. <br /> 2. Hydrologic Evaluation,Item#6(Numeric Protection Levels report) <br /> Due to an unexpected temporary staffing issue, CC&V also requests an extension for Appendix 2- <br /> Hydrologic Evaluation, Item#6 (Numeric Protection Levels report) from March 28, 2017 to May 25, <br /> 2017. Meg Burt, CC&V Senior Environmental Manager discussed this issue with Wally Erickson, <br /> DRMS Senior Environmental Protection Specialist on February 281h 2017.
