(Tri-State) is the parent <br />company to Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC New Horizon Mine. The New Horizon <br />Mine operates under Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) Permit No. C-1981- <br />08. <br />Tri-State received your adequacy review for TR -77 dated March 1, 2017. Tri-State on <br />behalf of the New Horizon Mine has the following response to your comment: <br />On page 2.04.7-26, last paragraph, a reference is made to Map 2.05.3(3)-3. The <br />current version of the permit references Map 2.04.7. ]A on page 2.04.7-42. Please <br />clarify that the revised page references the correct map. <br />Response: The citation for Map 2.05.3(3)-3 (map last approved under TR -73) <br />found on page 2.04.7-26, now in the first full paragraph on this page, is correct. <br />Therefore, no changes have been made in response to this comment. <br />2. On page 25 of Section 2.04.7, various surface water monitoring sites are discussed. <br />Some of the same monitoring sites were discussed on page 27. Please combine the <br />information on page 27 with that on page 25 so that all the information regarding <br />the various sites resides in the same place. <br />Response: The information as provided for all monitoring site within each <br />subheading is appropriate already; therefore, no changes have been made in response <br />to this comment. <br />3. Page 30 is incorrectly paginated as page 27.
