Street, Craig, CO 81625 <br />Phone & Fax (970) 824-2709 <br />WagnerCorp@q.com <br />The post -mined use of the pit floor shall be existing aggregate surfacing for the <br />storage of hay. The floor area of the mine will be excavated to a depth of sixty (60)' <br />and graded with existing material to slope to the South at a grade of not more than <br />2%. Mine floor will bear existing rock. The NE boundary of the open pit will be day <br />lighted to the north. <br />3. Graveled Farm Equipment Storage <br />Non -excavated affected areas will remain graveled for farm equipment storage. <br />Estimated at approximately 4 acres. Existing contours are flat and free draining and <br />will remain. <br />After reclamation activities no buildings or mine related features will remain. <br />Existing sediment control features controlling hydrologic balance and preventing off <br />site damage will remain providing for a stable configuration consistent with the <br />proposed future land use. <br />All reclamation will be completed within five (5) years after the cessation of mining <br />operations and the board has been informed. <br />
