GCC has submitted an application to renew permit C-1981-035 for the King Coal Mine. This <br />renewal application does not propose revisions to the approved mining and reclamation plan, nor is <br />there any proposed surface disturbance outside of the currently approved disturbance area. <br />A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the La Plata County Clerk <br />and Recorder, 98 Everett St., Suite C, Durango, CO 81303, and at the Division office.
