Surveying <br />This letter has been updated from the original January 5, 2017 letter to clarify if the existing use <br />(specifically the buildings) is in compliance with the current zoning. That answer is below in the <br />last paragraph. <br />Baseline Corporation is contracted with the City of Black Hawk to handle development review work <br />on behalf of the City. Therefore, this letter comes to you on behalf of the City of Black Hawk <br />related to the Zoning attached to the properties in question. The City of Black Hawk is a Home Rule <br />City and has a Zoning Code referenced as Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code. <br />We received a request dated December 14, 2016 to indicate the zoning of two properties. The <br />properties are identified as Parcel ID: 1833-072-01-022 and Parcel ID: 1833-072-01-035. Both <br />properties are located on Highway 119 in the City of Black Hawk, Gilpin County, Colorado. A copy <br />of the provided application including the property descriptions is attached to this letter. <br />The requested Information is displayed below: <br />1.
