3.2 SITE CLEARING AND GRUBBING <br />A. Clear and grub all trees, shrubs, stumps, roots, and other protruding obstructions as <br />required to permit installation of new construction, and within approved stockpile or spoil <br />pile locations. Completely remove stumps, roots, and other debris protruding through the <br />ground surface. <br />3.3 DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL <br />A. All vegetative material, including cull logs, tree limbs and branches, snags, and shrubs, <br />exclusive of stumps, shall be piled for burning in accordance with applicable permits. All <br />piles of vegetative material shall be located so that burning operations will not damage <br />standing live trees. <br />B. Remove stumps, roots, rubbish, rock and other objectionable materials derived from the <br />clearing and grubbing, and which do not meet the above descriptions of materials <br />designated for burning to a location identified by Contractor and approved by Owner. <br />3.4 TOPSOIL STRIPPING <br />A. Strip topsoil from areas to be further excavated and within areas to be occupied by <br />permanent construction. <br />B. Strip topsoil to whatever depths it is encountered in a manner that prevents intermingling <br />with underlying objectionable material. <br />3.5 TOPSOIL STOCKPILING <br />A. Stockpile topsoil in areas located by Contractor and approved by Owner. <br />B.
