IHC and Ames Construction, Inc. <br /> IHC Job#3097 <br /> 17. In accordance with Title 8, Article 17.5, Colorado Revised Statutes, Subcontractor shall not knowingly <br /> employ or contract with an alien not authorized to be employed in the United States to perform work <br /> under the Contract. If Contractor obtains actual knowledge that Subcontractor knowingly employs or <br /> contracts with an unauthorized alien, Contractor will notify the Subcontractor and will terminate this <br /> Subcontract Agreement if within three days of receiving the notice the Subcontractor does not stop <br /> employing or contracting with the unauthorized alien, except if during such three days Subcontractor <br /> provides information to establish that the Subcontractor has not knowingly employed or contracted with <br /> an unauthorized alien. If the Subcontract Agreement is so terminated, Subcontractor shall be liable for <br /> actual and consequential damages to the Contractor. <br /> Schedule 13 To Subcontract Page 3 of 3 <br />
