The inspection <br />was completed by me, Robin Reilley with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. Graham <br />Roberts was present as representative of Trapper Mining during the inspection. Forest Luke, Graham Roberts and <br />Robin Reilley held a conversation regarding upcoming plans for revisions and bond releases. Draglines and haul <br />trucks were operating at the time of inspection. The weather was cold and due to inversion, cloudy at the lower <br />elevations with sunny skies at higher elevations. Haul roads were well maintained and passable despite having <br />experienced a number of freeze thaw cycles. Other roads were snowpacked and impassable. Temperatures were <br />in the 20 degrees F depending on elevation. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> <br /> Topsoil stockpiles observed were marked with identifying signs. <br /> Mine identification signs at gate were installed as required displaying correct information. <br /> Permit boundary signs were observed throughout the site. <br /> <br />ROADS- Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3) I 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4) I 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) I 4.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7) I 4.03.2(7): <br /> <br /> Main haul roads in and around the site appeared stable and adequately maintained. The <br />roads showed the recent heavy snows, and associated freeze thaw cycles.
