<br />A total of 14 wells are monitored as part of the MCC groundwater monitoring program (Tables 9
<br />and 10). The groundwater monitoring wells are divided into the following categories for
<br />discussion purposes:
<br />• Facility area wells and alluvial wells;
<br />• Wells completed in the Barren Member above the F -seam;
<br />• Wells completed in the F -seam;
<br />• Wells completed in the E -seam;
<br />• Wells completed in the B -seam
<br />The locations of the groundwater monitoring wells are shown on Plate 1. A summary of the
<br />groundwater monitoring well characteristics is presented in Table 9. A summary of the
<br />groundwater monitoring program, including the mining areas monitored is presented in Table 10.
