HYDROLOGIC CHARACTERIZATION AND MONITORING PLAN <br />4.2.3.4 Spring J-2 <br />26 <br />Spring J-2 is located in Lick Creek which is tributary to Minnesota Creek (Plate 1). This spring <br />is located south of the SOD mine panels area. The source of this spring appears to issue from <br />colluvium. Flow is typically less than 0.5 gallons per minute and does not show strong seasonal <br />variation. This spring has been monitored since 2006. <br />4.2.3.5 Spring J-7 <br />Spring J-7 is located in Poison Gulch which is tributary to Dry Fork (Plate 1). It is within the <br />SOD mine panels area. The source of this spring appears to issue from alluvium. This spring is <br />seasonal and flow only occurs during peak flow conditions. Spring J-7 has been monitored since <br />2006. <br />4.2.3.6 Spring J-10 <br />Spring J-10 is located on the south side of the Dry Fork stream adjacent to the Minnesota <br />Reservoir flume (Plate 1). This spring is located west of the SOD mine panels area. The source <br />of this spring appears to issue from alluvium.
