Conveyor Corridor - The conveyor corridor, from the Xcel culvert north to <br />Haul Road #3 was graded to approximate original contours and re- <br />seeded. Phase I Bond Release was approved on 2.2 acres with SL -2 on <br />October 27, 2003 and on 0.5 acres with SL -5 on November 5, 2009. The <br />0.5 acres achieved final Phase II & III Bond Release with SL -5, approved <br />on November 5, 2009 and the 2.2 acres achieved final Phase II & III Bond <br />Release with SL -7, approved on April 26, 2011. A total of 1.3 <br />acres in this area achieved final Phase II & III Bond Release with SL -5 on <br />November 5, 2009. Substation A - Superstructures, fences, slabs and components removed <br />during 2007. Roadside South Portal Mine Facilities and Stockpile/Prep Plant Area <br />and Conveyor Tunnel Under 1-70 - The Roadside South Portal Mine <br />Facilities, Stockpile and Prep Plant areas where reclaimed as per <br />approved Permit Revision #3 (PR -3). 13.5 acres were reclaimed during <br />the last two quarters of 2007. These acres include all back filled and <br />graded areas along with buildings and asphalt areas that were approved <br />for retention through PR -3. The east end of the Conveyor Tunnel was <br />
