Mine Boundary Change
Technical Revision #46 changed the permitted mining boundary to remove all areas previously
released from liability and bond. This change removed the areas previously described in Exhibits
B and C of this section including the access road easement as well as revising the metes and
bounds description included in Exhibit A. These previous metes and bounds descriptions have
been archived.
