Please review the documents and if it meets with your <br />approval, sign and date the two copies and return to the address shown above. Upon our <br />receipt of the signed documents and the fees discussed below, we will countersign and <br />issue the Grant, absent any other unresolved issues. <br />You must pay a fee to BLM for the costs we will incur in processing the grant and <br />monitoring the construction and -operation of your authorized use. We have determined <br />that your application falls under Category 4, which requires a processing fee of $1057.00, <br />and a monitoring fee of $1057.00. These fees are categorized according to the number of <br />work hours necessary to process and monitor your grants, and are not refundable. This <br />fee must be paid prior to issuance of the grant. <br />Rent for a linear right-of-way is based on a schedule that is adjusted annually based on <br />the implicit Price Deflator (IPD), an inflation index.
