Mr. Ben Moline <br />Coors Energy Company <br />January 4, 2017 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ii. schedules to complete final cover inspections; <br />iii. descriptions of how necessary repairs will be conducted and in what timeframe; <br />iv. the name, address, and telephone number of the person or office who will act as the <br />authorized contact for the Facility during post -closure care and provisions to update this <br />information as necessary; <br />v. descriptions of planned land uses during the post -closure care period; and <br />vi. include in the past -closure care plan the above mentioned groundwater monitoring <br />plan. <br />c. have an institutional control prepared for the Facility pursuant to the Colorado Revised Statutes, <br />Title 25, Article 15, Part 3; and, <br />d. establish financial assurance with the CDPHE pursuant to Section 1.8 of the Regulations. <br />3) The Facility will need to work with Weld County to assure they are in full compliance with any local <br />governing authority laws, statutes, regulations, rules, or ordinances. <br />Please provide the Division the following documentation by the deadlines identified below: <br />a) a post -closure care plan that includes all parts required pursuant to the Regulations within 60 days of the <br />date of this letter, no later than March 6, 2017; <br />b) the final as -built designs within 60 days of completion of construction; <br />c) initiate preparation of the institutional control within 60 days of the date of this letter, no later than <br />March 6, 2017; and <br />d) provide financial assurance cost estimates for post -closure care within 45 days of the approval of the <br />post -closure care plan. <br />Note that the Department is authorized to bill for its review of technical submittals pursuant to Section 1.7 of the <br />Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities (6 CCR 1007-2). An invoice for the Division's review of the <br />above referenced documents will be transmitted under separate cover.
