A copy of <br />the Surveyor’s Professional License is presented in Appendix B. The Technical Specifications are <br />presented in Appendix C and the earthwork material specifications are summarized in Table 1. <br />Any deviations from the IFC drawings or project technical specifications are discussed in Section <br />4 of this report. <br />1.5. Use of this Report <br />This report has been prepared exclusively for the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company. <br />No third party, other than NewFields, shall be entitled to rely on any information, conclusions, <br />opinions or other information contained herein without the express written consent of CC&V. <br />2. SQUAW GULCH VLF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES <br />Ames performed all construction activities during the Squaw Gulch VLF project, excluding <br />geomembrane installation.
