No significant erosion was observed at time of <br />inspection. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKFILLING AND GRADING - 4.14 <br />Regrading and Stabilizing Rills and Gullies 4.14.6 <br />Overall, reclaimed areas appeared adequately vegetated and stable. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing:Reclamation <br />o The vegetative cover on sediment pond slopes at the time of observation appeared adequate. <br />o Reclaimed benches on the RDA and the reclaimed Development Coal Waste Pile appeared <br />stable with a good mix of desirable species. Most vegetation exhibited its typical for the <br />season autum dryness and colors. <br />o Walked reclaimed Development Coal Waste Pile. Slopes appeared stable and <br />vegetation dense on top and on north slope. South slope vegetation appeared less <br />dense.
