At the end of construction, the pond shall be backfilled at a rate that <br /> does not produce any surface water runoff. <br /> 19. The Revegetation section of the Technical Revision states the seed mix will be <br /> specified in cooperation with Boulder County Open Space. Please provide the <br /> specific seed mix which will be used to reclaim the site. The seed mix must be <br /> specified as pounds of pure live seed per acre. The Technical Revision also <br /> references the planting of wetland plugs and willow staking. Please identify the <br /> wetland plants which will be planted and specify the seeding rate or number of <br /> nursery stock to be planted per acre. Also, identify the area where wetland plants <br /> will be established on the Reclamation Plan Map. <br /> Response: <br /> Technical Revision No. 2 is revised to include the seed mix recommended by <br /> Boulder County Land Use Department. Table 2 shows the native seed mix <br /> recommended for 5,500 feet to 7,000 feet elevation.
