4. Water Consumption for the Operation <br /> Trout Valley Ranch will use water at approximately the annual rates shown below. These are based <br /> on 1 million tons a year production. The Operator may also implement production at a different rate <br /> (typically lesser), or different strategies for material processing, with different water consumption <br /> rates. Water will be supplied via either ditch rights or wells as developed by the operator.
