EXHIBIT E RECLAMATION PLAN
1. General Reclamation Plan
Trout Valley Ranch will disturb 452.6 acres of the permitted 472.3 acres as part of mining. How
the disturbance area breaks down will change over the 50+ year life of the mine. A breakdown of
the two different major points shown on Maps F-1 and F-2 is shown in Table E-1.
Table E-1 Reclaimed Areas
Post Mine Land Use Area (acres)
Partial Dredge Pile Mining Reclaimed (Map F-1)
Undisturbed dredge pile 195.6
Reclaimed dry rangeland area 76.9
Undisturbed non-dredge area 194.9
- ------------
Access Road 4.9
Total 472.3
Full Mining Reclaimed (Map F-2)
Undisturbed dredge pile 4.8
Reclaimed dry rangeland area 452.2
Undisturbed non-dredge area 10.4
Access Road 4.9
Total 472.3
- .................. ................
Since the dredge piles have been in place on the property for long before any reclamation laws or
regulations were in place, and no topsoil or vegetation was salvaged during the dredging, no
capping of the dredge piles will take place. In the event the mining activity ceases at the Trout
Valley Ranch prior to all the dredge piles on the property being mined out, reclamation will
consist of reducing the disturbed dredge highwalls to 2H:1 V or less (current permanent stable
pile slopes are—1H:1V), grading any flat areas to drain in the same general direction as the
baseline topography likely does, and"topsoiling" and revegetating all disturbed non-dredge
areas. Maps F-1 and F-2 shows the dredge mining stage reclamation plans. Processing fines will
be used as substitute topsoil in the dredge pile areas.
Map F-1 represents the reclamation plan for the first 20 years of the operation. This is the
reclamation plan used to guide bond planning in Exhibit L.
Trout Valley Ranch November2016 E-1 CretLcwkkiaooAssociates,PLIA:
