Attachment B <br /> Prospecting Activity and Abandonment Report <br /> In accordance with Section 5.7 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation for Hard Rock, Metal, and Designated Mining Operations, below is the <br /> summary of the prospecting and abandonment activities that occurred during from 2011-2013 at <br /> drill holes. There was no drilling done in 2014,2015 and 2016. This Abandonment Report <br /> is valid. <br /> 2011 Prospectin6 Drill Holes <br /> HENX1101 <br /> Drill hole HENX1 101 was drilled from Site 1 on the Harrison Mountain Proposed Drill <br /> Locations Map located at Longitude 105' 49.758' W, Latitude 39° 45.518' N. and an <br /> elevation of 10,952 feet above sea level. This hole was drilled to a depth of 4,997ft in <br /> bedrock consisting of preCambrian granite and Tertiary rhyolite porphyry. It did not <br /> encounter an aquifer. The hole was plugged at a depth of 250ft and caved in using <br /> material similar to that original to the hole. <br /> HENX1102 <br /> Drill hole HENX1102 was drilled from Site 5 on the Harrison Mountain Proposed Drill <br /> Locations Map located at Longitude 105' 50.668' W, Latitude 39' 45.297' N, and an <br /> elevation of 11,324 feet above sea level. This hole was drilled to a depth of 4,727ft in <br /> bedrock consisting of preCambrian granite and Tertiary rhyolite porphyry. It did not <br /> encounter an aquifer. The hole was abandoned by putting 4001bs of abandonite down the <br /> hole and sealed with 20ft of cement from the collar down hole. <br /> HENX1103 and HENX1103B <br /> Drill holes HENX1103 and HENXI103B were drilled from Site 2 on the Harrison <br /> Mountain Proposed Drill Locations Map located at Longitude 105' 49.681' W, Latitude <br /> 39' 45.744' N, and an elevation of 11,084 feet above sea level. HENX1103 was drilled <br /> to a depth of 626ft. HENX1103B was wedged off of HENX1103 at 330ft down hole and <br /> continued to a depth of 1150ft. Both holes were drilled in bedrock comprised of <br /> preCambrian granite and Tertiary rhyolite porphyry and neither encountered an aquifer. <br /> HENXI 103/HENXI 103B were cased from the collar and capped for reentry during the <br /> 2012 drill season. <br />
