Consideration of 112c Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application

Please be advised that on November 17, 2016, Parkerson Constriction, Inc., whose address and telephone
number are 710 S. 15th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501; (970)\-242-8134, filed an application to conduct
a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 21, Township 1N, Range IE, 6`h Principle
Meridian, in Mesa County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Cropland post-mining land use. The
application decision date is scheduled for February 17,2017.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety.
