Please be advised that on November 17, 2016, Parkerson Construction, Inc., whose address and telephone
number are 710 S. 15th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501; (970)\-242-8134, filed an application to conduct
a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 21, Township 1N, Range 1E, 6`''Principle
Meridian, in Mesa County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Cropland post-mining land use. The
application decision date is scheduled for February 17,2017.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety.
