This letter was returned, but the Applicant has since engaged in negotiation <br /> with Anadarko (as acknowledged by Anadarko in its own letter)comprehensive of surface- <br /> related use. Similar to the Sprint structure letter(referring to the prior adequacy response), <br /> no agreement has been reached at this time. <br /> d. This item appears to duplicate item 6c, above. The Applicant is unaware of any other <br /> significant, permanent, man-made structure owned by Anadarko within 200 feet of the <br /> Affected Land. <br /> 7. Thank you for the Division's verification of slope stability criteria. The Applicant/Operator is <br /> committed to observing appropriate safety guidelines in its performance of excavation work. <br /> Finally,the Division notes the pending Decision Date of November 24, 2016.
