PERMIT #: M-2000-052
INSPECTOR’S INITIALS: TC1
INSPECTION DATE: November 10, 2016

acres). The Operator should be aware that this bond is insufficient for the maximum allowed disturbance of 45
acres.

Summary and Recommendations:
1. No problems or concerns were observed during the inspection .
2. The Division recommends the Operator request a release for the areas identified in Figure 1 as being
adequately reclaimed.
3. The bond is adequate for the current disturbance. However, the Operator should be aware that as both
the disturbed area and unit reclamation costs increase, a surety increase will be required prior to
reaching the maximum allowed 45-acre disturbance.
4. The Division will recommend the Mined Land Reclamation Board accept the notice of temporary
cessation as submitted, at the December 15, 2016 hearing if no objections are received by the Division.

Please contact Tim Cazier (303-866-3567, ext. 8169) if you have any questions regarding this report.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photo 1.
