Miranda Blomquist of Seneca Property, <br /> LLC accompanied the inspection and represented the operator. The mine is a reclaimed surface mine. The sire <br /> was dry with the weather warm for the time of year.No hunting was taking place on the mine area. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> Mine records are stored at the Foidel Creek Mine office at 29515 Routt County Road No.27. <br /> "Availability of Records"form is included at the end of this report. Seneca Property,LLC needs to assure that <br /> groundwater sampling records and analytical results are located with the Yoast records. These records have been <br /> looked for and not located. SPL needs to have these records on file. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—Rule 4.18: <br /> SPL's parent company is not allowing hunting on the property this hunting season. No hunters were seen. <br /> Tracks from off road vehicles crossing BLM property continues to be problematic in spite of signs posted in the <br /> middle of the travel way. The off road vehicle tracks just detour around the sign. Vehicle tracks are apparent <br /> along the fence line at the southern extent of the BLM property located at TSN,R87W, SE1/4 Section 18 and W <br /> 1/2, SW 1/4 Section 17. Currently gullies are not forming in the tracks,but the tracks go straight down this steep <br /> reclaimed hillslope. <br /> A young deer was observed north of the north pit reclamation.Plenty of elk and deer sign were observed <br /> throughout the reclaimed area,but no other elk or deer were seen,or heard during the inspection. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9: <br /> Pond 10 riser has been sealed with bentonite on the south side that had a slow leak.This repair is holding <br /> well. Pond was discharging as designed once SPL personnel cleared dead vegetation out of the weep hole. <br /> Discharge is at the lowest point of the flume staff gauge,and is estimated at 0.02.
