If no ETr <br /> data is available from a weather station located in the South Platte River Basin <br /> downstream of Denver, Colorado meeting these standards, daily gross reservoir <br /> evaporation shall be estimated as the values shown in Table 2. Any water calculated <br /> and determined to have been stored out of priority shall be returned to the Cache la <br /> Poudre River within 72 hours. <br />
