Case No. 12CW304-A FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,AND DECREE OF THE WATER COURT This Application for Water Right was filed in the Water Court, Water Division No. 1 by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado ("Weld County" or the "County" or the "Applicant"). The Application was bifurcated on May 6, 2015 and the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Groundwater Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District ("Central") was added as Co-applicant to the Application for Water Right. Weld County remained the applicant for the Application for Augmentation Plan which will be entered by the Court via separate decree. The Court, having considered the Application and the exhibits and other documents filed herein, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, hereby enters the following findings, conclusions of law and decree: FINDINGS OF FACT I. Application: The Application herein was filed December 29, 2012,with the Water Clerk, Water Division 1. On May 6, 2015 the Court entered an order joining Central Colorado ra Water Conservancy District and its Groundwater Management Subdistrict as co- v+rn applicants in the bifurcated portion of this case involving the storage claim which is z m decreed herein.
