Map shows surveyed boundaries of affected area, including haul road into mining area. Topsoil stockpile, overburden stockpile and product stockpile is shown on the map. Waste rock fills, stream channels, buildings, processing plants, underground openings, ponds, impoundments, dewatering pumps and water disposal areas are not indicated on the map because they will not be present in the proposed mining area. (2)(d) As shown on the map, the direction that construction material extraction will proceed is north and east from stockpile. (2)(e) Surface landowner of affected mining site has a man-made barbed wired fence structure within 200 feet of the proposed operation area. The fence runs somewhat parallel to the access road into the site and is within 200' of the southern edge outside the active mining boundary. Margaret R Bloder Trust surface landowner has a man-made barbed wire fence structure within 200 feet of the proposed access road entrance. The fence location is across County Road 22 to the southeast. Mining map indicates where the fences are located.
