San Miguel Power assisted the Morgans locating the short between the pivot and power source. The
short was located in the alfalfa field approximately where the east and west pivot spray zones overlap, west of the
west lateral ditch riser. A hole approximately 6w x 20l x 10d was dug to repair the cables (photo 4). The four
wires were repaired (photo 5) and the hole was backfilled during this inspection.

RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
Several straw waddles had filled in with sand and silt around the two former topsoil stockpiles on the
northeast section of the mine. The waddles were repaired and/or replaced during the inspection (photo 6).

Some knapweed plants were noted south of pond 12 and north side of pond 9. These need to be treated.

Some Canada thistle rosettes were noted on the north western perimeter of the Morgan property (photo 7). These
need to be treated.

The Russian olive and tamarisk trees were being removed in ditch C4 during this inspection (photo 8).
The irrigated pasture reference area grass was recently baled and the bales were being removed.
The irrigated pastures east of 2700 Road have been cut and baled recently.
