The pond embankment was stable and vegetated <br />and the primary and emergency spillways were clear and functional. The diversion ditch around the north side of <br />the Fish Creek Tipple area was clear and functional. TC appears to have attempted to lift and repair the culvert on <br />the north and west side of the area. The culvert is now only partially filled with sediment and can drain. <br />However, TC should clean out the outlet end of this culvert. <br /> <br />Figure 1. The water treatment ponds were holding water, the <br />embankments appeared stable. The on-site diversion ditches were clear and functional. <br /> <br />The 18LT ventilation shaft ponds were dry and not discharging. The pond embankments were stable and the <br />primary and emergency spillways were clear and functional. <br /> <br />At Pond F the water level w as low but the pond was holding water. The pond was not discharging an d the flume <br />still needs to be repaired. Cattails have established around the primary spillway and should be cut back. <br /> <br />Pond G was holding water but was not discharging. The pond embankment was stable and vegetated. The <br />primary and emergency spillway c lear and functional. <br /> <br />Pond E was holding water but was not discharging. A delta of sediment has formed at the inlet of the pond within <br />the first cell. Rodent holes were observed on the pond embankment.
