DRMS August 31, 2016: Please submit a revised pages list.

GCCE October 18, 2016: A updated revised pages list is attached to this submittal as requested.

15. DRMS August 31, 2016: GCCE has stated that the “Cultural Resources Survey” will be submitted
upon completion.

GCCE October 18, 2016: The “Cultural Resources Survey” of the proposed monitoring well sites will be attached
as Appendix 3(4) when received by GCC Energy. The field work for this study was recently completed by Stratified
Environmental and Archaeological Services and a final report is expected within approximately two weeks from
today. No drilling or surface disturbance will take place prior to submittal of this report and its acceptance by the
Division.

16. DRMS August 31, 2016: Given recent TR-24 approval, please revise pages 5 and 6 as necessary.
GCCE October 18, 2016: Pages 5 and 6 have been revised to account for the recent approval of TR-24.
17. DRMS August 31, 2016: GCCE has confirmed that the number of drill holes associated with TR-22 is
indeed eight; no further response required.

18. Please explain the cause of this
discrepancy or revise the text.

GCCE October 18, 2016: The text has been revised correct discrepancies in page layout.

21. DRMS August 31, 2016: No further response required.

22. DRMS August 31, 2016: The text still does not appear to flow correctly. This problem exists in the
currently approved pages in Section 2.04.9 (pages 2 and 3) as well as with the proposed page 3.

GCCE October 18, 2016: Pages in Section 2.04.9 have been revised to correct discrepancies in page layout
flow as requested.

23. DRMS August 31, 2016: No further response required.

24. DRMS August 31, 2016: The discrepancy with the number for the Water Augmentation Plan is in
Section 2.05.6, not 2.04.9. Please edit page 4 in Section 2.05.6 by changing “Appendix 2(6)” to
“Appendix 2(5)” or explain why this is not appropriate.

GCCE October 20, 2016: Page 4 in Section 2.05.6 refers to the appendix number of the Water Augmentation
Plan as Appendix 2(6). This is the actual appendix number of the Water Augmentation Plan as shown in the
Table of Contents.
