Page V-24: In Table V-3, Summary of Disturbed Acres, The B -Seam Dewatering Systems, SH -3 and <br />SH -4 are listed to have an area of 6.55 acres (MR -169). The proposed disturbance for TR -70 is <br />9.85 Acres. The total for these is 16.4 acres. In the proposed Table V-3 for TR -70, the area is <br />listed to be 17.4 acres. The acres disturbed during MR -169(1.0 acres) are to be re -disturbed in <br />TR -70. Please explain the difference in acreages in Table V-3. <br />4. Page IV -38: On the fourth paragraph, in the third sentence, the SDH -3 Dewatering System is <br />referenced. Was this meant to be referencing SH -3 instead? <br />S. Map 160 shows boreholes SH -4a and SH -4d, but Map 147 shows SH -4.
