This is <br />submitted as the preliminary adequacy review by DRMS of TR71. <br /> <br />On 8 August 2016, DRMS received your application and one hard copy of: <br />o Revised page 29 <br />On 11 August 2016 DRMS found the application incomplete due to the following: <br />o No revised Map 11 sheet 2illustrating the change. <br />On 22 August 2016 DRMS received three hard copies of Map 11 sheet 2, certified by a professional <br />engineer. <br />On 22 September 2016 DRMS found the application complete. <br />o No electronic files were received for any revised pages or Maps. <br /> <br />DRMS respectfully requests that electronic files for revised pages and maps be e -mailed and that one hard <br />copy set of all revised pages be mailed. Please continue to submit 3 hard copies of maps in addition to an <br />electronic file for map reviews. Please track revised pages and their deletion and inserting record in the <br />attached spreadsheet and submit this with your adequacy responses.
