Box 191 <br />Victor, CO 80860 <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Cresson Project, Permit No. M-1980-244; <br /> Second Adequacy Review for Amendment 11 (AM-11) and Amended AM-11 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Henris: <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has completed its adequacy review of <br />the September 2016 response (received September 26, 2016) to our July 16, 2016 Preliminary <br />Adequacy Review (PAR) of the Cresson Project 112d-3 Reclamation Permit Amendment <br />Application (AM-11) and the subsequently submitted amendment to AM-11 (AM-11.1). On October <br />14, 2016, the Division received a request (via email, hard copy to follow) to extend the decision date <br />for this application to October 20, 2016. The request was approved on that date by the Division. <br /> <br />Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this review <br />before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of the review period. <br />If there are outstanding issues that have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review <br />period, and no extension has been requested, the Division will deny this application. <br /> <br />The review consisted of comparing the application content with specific requirements of the Hard <br />Rock Act, 34-32-101 et seq., C.R.S. (the Act) and the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard rock, Metal and Designated Mining Operations (Rules). <br />The number sequence of the PAR comments have been retained for the purpose of tracking. Previous <br />comments requiring additional responses are indicated in bold, underlined text: “The response is <br />not adequate.” <br /> <br />Application <br />1.
