I'm unable to reach you at either
your office and cell numbers, so this note.
I believe the disconnect in pagination has to do with TR70 approved pagination changes March 2015 and TR68 approved
with pagination changes January 2015. It appears that your version of the permit may not have been updated to TR70.
The DRMS version of the permit reflects TR70.
Let me know another time to speak over the phone. The decision form for TR70 is attached for your perusal.
Kind Regards
Robin Reilley, GISP
'
P 303.866.3567 ext 8105 I F 303.832.8106
1313 Sherman Street St., Suite 215, Denver, CO 80203
robin.reilley@state.co.us I http://mining.state.co.us
On Fri, Oct 14, 2016 at 3:38 PM, Ron Thompson <ronthompson@newel kcoal.corn > wrote:
Robin,
I can conference Monday or Tuesday afternoons from my Home -Office and if needed from the mine on Wednesday.
Monday and Tuesday morning I found I have other obligations. They are listed as a permanent facility in Table 19.
The RDA, or Refuse Disposal Area, is the permitted disposal area for waste emanating from the preparation plant,
dates back to 1985 and is still active.
