If a <br /> Possible Violation is indicated,you will be notified under separate cover as to when the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board will consider possible enforcement action. <br /> INSPECTION TOPIC: Hydrologic Balance <br /> PROBLEM/POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: Backfill of mined excavation with fine grained material has caused <br /> groundwater levels to rise resulting in standing water on adjacent property. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Continue to maintain temporary drainage ditches to eliminate standing water on Speir <br /> property. Develop permanent solution (French drain or similar) to mitigate groundwater mounding/standing <br /> water in the vicinity of Spier property and submit to DRMS in the form of a Technical Revision. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION DUE DATE: 11/18/16 <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
