Golden,Colorado 80401 <br /> Ennirowneutal Consulting Phone:720-272-1985 <br /> bleisure@irismitigation.com <br /> September 23, 2016 Application <br /> On September 23, 2016,Weed Wranglers sprayed for musk thistle, Canada thistle, common <br /> mullein, houndstongue, leafy spurge, Chinese clematis and Dalmatian toadflax along with other <br /> noxious weeds as detailed on the enclosed Herbicide Application Record. They sprayed with <br /> Telar XP at a rate of 1.25 ounces (oz) per 30 gallons of water(5 oz of herbicide applied), Hi-Dep <br /> at a rate of 32 oz per 30 gallons of water(128 oz of herbicide applied), with marking dye added <br /> at a rate of 30 oz per 100 gallons of water(36 oz of each applied), and surfactant added at a <br /> rate of 32 oz per 100 gallons of water(38.4 oz applied). Surfactant was mixed with the <br /> herbicide mixture to promote spreading and adhering of the herbicide mixture to the plant <br /> surface. The treated area (4 acres) required that approximately 120 gallons of combined <br /> herbicide mixture be used. The application was done with a telli 2 hose and handgun for spot <br /> spraying from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm and the weather was sunny and calm and temperatures <br /> ranged in the 70's. <br /> Later this fall, Weed Wranglers, Inc.will visit the site again to specifically target the Chinese <br /> clematis. <br /> s <br /> Schwartzwalder Mine 2016 Weed Management Update Page 4 <br /> September 28,2016 <br />
