Golden,Colorado 80401 <br /> Erivirotimental Consulting Phone:720-272-198-D <br /> bleisure@irismitigation.com <br /> Ted Duncan of Weed Wranglers, Inc. completed one weed control application on October 19, <br /> 2015 and again on September 23, 2016, during this reporting period targeting the prominent <br /> weeds. All applications consisted of mainly spot spraying the targeted weeds. The areas which <br /> were spot sprayed are shown on Figures 1 and 2. <br /> October 19, 2016 Application <br /> On October 19, 2015,Weed Wranglers sprayed for musk thistle, Canada thistle, myrtle spurge, <br /> leafy spurge, common mullein, houndstongue, Chinese clematis and Dalmatian toadflax along <br /> with other noxious weeds as detailed on the enclosed Herbicide Application Record. They <br /> sprayed with Telar XP at a rate of 1 ounce (oz) per 30 gallons of water(4.2 oz of herbicide <br /> applied), Hi-Dep at a rate of 32 oz per 30 gallons of water(134.4 oz of herbicide applied), Edict <br /> 2sc at a rate of 1 oz per 30 gallons of water(4.2 oz of herbicide applied), with marking dye <br /> added at a rate of 32 oz per 100 gallons of water(40 oz of each applied), and surfactant added <br /> at a rate of 32 oz per 100 gallons of water(40 oz applied). Surfactant was mixed with the <br /> herbicide mixture to promote spreading and adhering of the herbicide mixture to the plant <br /> surface The treated area (4.2 acres) required that approximately 126 gallons of combined <br /> herbicide mixture be used. The application was done with a telli 2 hose and handgun for spot <br /> spraying from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm and the weather was sunny and calm and temperatures <br /> ranged in the 70's. <br /> Schwartzwalder Mine 2016 Weed Management Update Page 3 <br /> September 28,2016 <br />
