As noted under the Gob Pile #2 heading, material has been placed to tie into the east side of the Gob <br />#4 Pile. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> <br />All roads in and around the facilities area and off-site locations were dry and stable with no problems noted. As <br />noted in the Hydrologic Balance section of this report, roadside ditches and culverts have been cleaned and were <br />stable at the time of the inspection. The access road to the Terror Creek Vent Shaft was stable and accessible at <br />the time of the inspection. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> <br />The Terror Creek Vent Shaft area was stable with no problems noted at the time of the inspection. The Terror
