Part of this inspection covered the vegetation <br />establishment requirements for the bond release application SL-10. Tony Tennyson, Angela Aalbers, Kurtis Blunt <br />representing Colowyo Coal Company (Colowyo) accompained the inspection. The weather was cloudy with no <br />precipitation and ground conditions were mostly dry. Temperatures for the day were around eighty degrees <br />fahrenheit. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records are kept on site at the Colowyo Mine’s office building. Please see the Division’s Availability of <br />Records checklist at the end of this inspection report for more detailed information <br /> <br />EXPLOSIVES – Rule 4.08 <br />Distance Prohibitions 4.08.4; Warnings 4.08.4; Control of Adverse Effects 4.08.4: <br />Blasting occurred during the inspection. Visual observation did not occur, radio calls of the blasting were listened <br />to. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE – Rule 4.18: <br />Columbian sharptail grouse were flushed up in EP41, EP36 and WP008.
