There weather was clear and the ground saturated in places due to a short duration <br />and heavy 1.8 inch rainfall the week before. Temperatures reached the mid 70 degrees Farenheit. <br /> <br />The inspection included discussing options for determining a new reference area for vegetation monitoring and <br />sampling for adequacy with Mr. Louis Head. Mr. Thompson was present during the records review. Mr. <br />Massarotti accompanied me throughout the inspection of the site. <br />PERMITTING UPDATE: <br />Technical Revision TR19: <br />Submitted in in June of 2016 a decision on this TR was made on 19 September2016. <br /> <br />Minor Revision MR14: <br />Submitted in February of 2016 this MR was withdrawn 30 August 2016. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE ITEMS Outstanding from July 2016 <br />1. Culverts C6 and C7 require clearing. <br />2. Gully at Pond 9. <br />3. Please verify instances of noxious weeds, Tamarix Spp. in particular and remove from disturbed and <br />revegetated areas as soon as possible. <br />SEPTEMBER 2016 MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br />September maintenance items are numbered below and appear in bold. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />o Disturbed area boundary markers observed were intact and appeared properly placed.
