-� Seeding is done by broadcast or drill seeding. If broadcast seeded, a small hand <br />drag, chain, or similar piece of apparatus is pulled over the seedbed following <br />seeding. The seed mix used for developmental drill sites is discussed in Section <br />3.6.3.5. <br />Trapper Mine shall conduct drilling operations in conformance with CMLRD regula- <br />tion, Sections 4.21 and 2.02. Based on site specific conditions, the following <br />additional procedures will be followed: <br />1. All existing improvements used by Trapper such as fences, gates, cattle - <br />guards, trails, culverts, pipelines, bridges, public land survey monuments, <br />water development and control structures shall be maintained in serviceable <br />condition to the degree practicable. Damaged or destroyed improvements <br />shall be replaced, restored, or appropriately compensated for. When it <br />becomes absolutely necessary and only with prior approval of the Bureau of <br />Land Management through the Area Mining Supervisor, Trapper may disturb a <br />public land survey corner marker or monument. However, Trapper shall bear <br />• all costs of any survey required to preserve the true point of the marker. <br />-s <br />2. Trapper shall immediately bring to the attention of the lessor any and all <br />antiquities or other objects of historic or scientific interest included but <br />not limited to historic or prehistoric ruins, fossils, or artifacts discov- <br />ered intact until authorized to proceed by lessor, except on surface lands <br />owned by Trapper. <br />New roads, if required, will be constructed in conformance with CMLRD regu- <br />lation 4.03.3 or 4.03.2. <br />3. Trapper shall comply with any pertinent County Zoning Resolutions or sub- <br />division regulations. <br />4.
