<br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety for
<br />its mining permit No, C-1996-083.
<br />INDEPENDENT
<br />The mining permit was initially
<br />approved on April 4, 1997 and re-
<br />newed on April 4, 2012. The current
<br />reclamation bond is $12,466,699.61
<br />and is in the form of four corporate
<br />surety bonds. This permit action
