Soil cover and topsoil were placed on 4.5 acres of gob pile #1
during 2014. Gob pile #1 and gob pile #2 have a combined 7.4 acres covered with 3.5 feet of
soil.
The ten drill sites and two roads representing 12.3 acres are eligible for Phase I bond release.
The 11.9 acres at gob pile #1 and #2 that have been covered with 3.5 feet of soil are also
eligible for Phase 1 bond release. There are 33 drill holes that have been permanently
abandoned and sealed that are eligible for Phase I, II and III bond release.
The drill sites and other items included in this bond release application are wide spread
stretching from Hubbard Creek on the east to Stevens Gulch on the west.
