2. Topsoil Replacement <br /> Topsoil will be replaced at a depth of 6-12 inches across all appropriate slopes. Areas that are <br /> more than five feet below the water line may not be topsoiled. Once topsoil has been placed on <br /> an area, it will disced or harrowed prior to seeding. <br /> 3. Haul Roads and Access <br /> All of the internal haul roads and parking area around the office and scale house will be topsoiled <br /> following the completion of mining. The access connection to Battlement Parkway will be left in <br /> place for the use of the landowner. <br /> 4. Reclamation Timetable <br /> Reclamation of the 5 Mile Pit will mostly be completed concurrently with mining. Therefore, <br /> refer to Table D-2 in Exhibit D for a timetable of the operation's life, including reclamation. <br /> 5. Revegetation Plan <br /> Following the placement of topsoil, seeding will take place in the next soonest appropriate <br /> planting season. This will either be in the spring(March 15-April 15)or in the fall (September <br /> 15-November 15).
